Celebrate Valentine’s season by choosing self-love through movement.
Breaking Barriers, Building Balance: Valentine’s Self-Love Workout is a feel-good, community-centered workout designed to help you move your body, reset your energy, and leave feeling confident, grounded, and supported.
This is a judgment-free, all-levels workout focused on strength, balance, and mindful movement, no experience needed.
To make it extra special, each participant will receive:
