Join me for a deeply nourishing Self-Love Gong Bath, created to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with the most important relationship of all, the one with yourself.
Through the powerful vibrations of the gong and healing instruments, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation where the nervous system can unwind, the heart space can open, and inner peace can be restored. This session is all about putting yourself first, releasing emotional tension, and cultivating compassion, self-worth, and balance from within.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving stillness, this sound journey offers you permission to rest, receive, and refill your cup.
What you’ll experience:

What to bring:
- Comfy clothes and extra layers. (your body can cool down during sound baths)
- Water bottle to stay hydrated before and after.
- Just yourself and an open heart.
- Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are all provided.
Attending:
Please arrive at least 10 mins prior to the session starting, this will allow yourself to find your space and be ready to recieve. Late comers will not be admitted.

• Experience severe tinnitus or sound sensitivity that may be triggered by instruments.
• Have acute or severe mental health conditions that may be exacerbated by immersive sound.
• Have recently undergone major surgery and are still in the acute recovery stage.
If you feel uncomfortable at any time, you are welcome to sit up, adjust your position, or quietly step out of the space.
