About this Event
This Soundbath is dedicated to love in all its expressions - romantic love, self-love, friendship, family, community, and love that lives on in memory.
Guests are invited to arrive just as they are. No expectations. No labels. Just space to honour connection.
At the beginning of the session, each person will be offered the option to light a candle, for themselves, for someone they love, or for someone no longer physically present. There is no sharing required. The candle becomes a quiet anchor, held in the room with care.
The sound journey will focus on:
- grounding and safety
- heart-centred resonance
- gentle release and remembrance
- deep rest and integration
Bowls, chimes, and soft tones will be used to create a cocoon of sound, allowing emotions to move without needing words.
This is a space to feel held, connected, and human.
Guests will leave with a sense of warmth, softness, and calm — carrying their candle intention with them beyond the room.

Please arrive on time for a prompt start and with an open heart ready to receive.
Wear comfortable, warm clothing and socks.
Kindly note there is a small flight of stairs to access the studio.
Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are available, but you’re welcome to bring your own for extra comfort.
Held by sound, bathed in frequency.
