Shake things up this Valentine’s Day with an intimate cocktail class and dinner in the Rackhouse. You’ll learn to craft (and sip) three signature cocktails that highlight the best of Desert Door, including Original, Oak-Aged, and our latest Explorer Series release, Canteiro.

Kick off the night with a Mini Ranch Water welcome cocktail
Hands-on cocktail class featuring three of our Madeira Oak Aged Sotol cocktail recipes
A seated dinner, complete with:
Shrimp Cocktail Tostada Appetizer
Venison steak and housemade fries with canteiro chipotle cream sauce & chimichurri
Strawberry cheesecake with chocolate drizzle

Finished for 18 months in 265L Madeira barrels from one of Portugal’s most revered producers, this sotol is rich, complex, and stunningly unique. A touch of sweetness and a striking red hue make it the perfect spirit to round out your Valentine’s celebration.
