Valentine's Prix Fixe Dinner at Vista Brewing

Treat your sweetie to a four course, farm-to-table prix fixe dinner with award-winning craft beer and Texas wines.

Join us before or after your meal for a sunset stroll around the 21-acre Vista Brewing grounds (sunset time is 6:18 pm) or snuggle up at the fire pit for a toast after your meal. We'll have live music from folk singer-songwriter Jenny Parrott from 6 - 8 pm.

THE MENU

Four Course Dinner for Two: $85 per couple includes a welcome beer or wine and gratuity.

Limited reservations are available at 5:00pm, 5:30 pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 8:00pm and 8:30pm through Eventbrite. Please select your main course during the ticketing process.

WELCOME BEER OR WINE on arrival

FIRST COURSE (choose one per couple)

• Pecan-crusted fried brie with strawberry jalapeño sauce
• Pomegranate-pistachio goat cheese crostini

SECOND COURSE (choose one per guest)

• Pepperoni tomato bisque with grilled goat cheese bite
• Grilled pear salad, feta cheese, cranberries, pecans, red onions, and charred pear vinaigrette

ENTRÉE (choose one per guest)

• Grilled sirloin with potato puree, broccolini, and black garlic compound butter
• Halibut florentine with spinach, bell pepper, and garlic in a creamy parmesan cream sauce, served with potato puree
• Mushroom Risotto (Vegetarian)

DESSERT (choose one per couple)

• Champagne chocolate mousse with Grand Marnier whipped cream
• Red wine poached pear with almond mascarpone and sweet red wine sauce

Beverages are not included in this ticket price. You will be able to select from Vista's full menu of beer, wine, cider, non-alcoholic beverages, along with a featured list of special beverage pairings for the evening.
