Join Ambridge Media Australia at the iconic Lion Hotel for an exclusive, film-themed speed dating experience inspired by the upcoming Australian feature film: Matched, Mismatched & Everything In-Between.
While our Executive Producers at Greenlit (USA) package the film for international release, we are hosting this one-of-a-kind event to find the real-life chemistry that fuels the big screen. Every ticket sold directly supports the production fund for independent Australian cinema.
THE EXPERIENCE
Forget the awkward small talk. We’re using professional "scripted" prompts and chemistry challenges to break the ice:
• ? Round 1: The Director’s Cut – Fast-paced, structured rounds using our custom MMEIB Prompt Cards.
• ? Round 2: The Chemistry Test – Fun, low-pressure improv challenges designed to test your compatibility.
• ? The Candid Confessional – Share your dating horror stories or wins in our private "Diary Room" for a chance to be featured in our behind-the-scenes research (100% voluntary!).
THE SCHEDULE
• 6:30 PM: Check-In & Media Consent (Arrive early to grab a drink!)
• 7:30 PM: "Action!" – Speed Dating Rounds Begin
• 8:45 PM: Intermission – Refills and Optional Interviews
• 9:15 PM: The Final Act – Mingling & Match Card Submissions
• 10:00 PM: That’s a Wrap! – Stay on at The Lion for the unofficial After-Party.

FILMING & CONSENT
