We’re taking over Kate Jackson Park for a morning of connection and kid joy—think: easygoing park hang, a Valentine craft they’ll be proud to bring home, snacks for happy bellies, and our signature Young at Heart yoga games (movement, giggles, confidence boosts… the works).

No pressure. No perfect. Just a cozy, feel-good morning where kids can play, parents can exhale, and everyone leaves a little more connected than they arrived.
