About this Event

This comprehensive, 2-weeks class helps couples prepare for the birth process and parenthood. Class topics include: pregnancy nutrition, exercises, anatomy, stages of labor, relaxation and comfort techniques, assisted deliveries, Medic*tion options, postpartum care & newborn care, breastfeeding, and a tour of the Family Birth Center. Please register by the beginning of your third trimester if your schedule permits. Our classes are limited in size and do fill up. If you come across scheduling conflict, please email [email protected] and we'll help you with scheduling.
