The Vail Recreation District and the Vail Chamber & Business Association will host the 12th Annual Businesses, Bogeys and Bragging Rights Charity Golf Tournament on Thu, Sept. 11 at the Vail Golf Club to benefit the VRD's Tom Slaughter Jr. Memorial Youth Recreation Grant. Each year has a theme and for 2025 the theme is Peace, Love & Birdies - come dressed in your grooviest hippiest attire! This is a great opportunity to connect with your community members while enjoying a fun and festive day of golf.Teams, sponsors and raffle donations are being sought. All VRD proceeds from the tournament go towards funding the youth grant, which helps local kids participate in VRD programs.
Following the tournament, an after-party with raffle prizes and awards will be held in the beautiful Gore Range Room at the Vail Golf & Nordic Clubhouse, and the Grill on the Gore restaurant staff are already planning a delicious menu for the party.
