.Vagus Night is a monthly experience designed to support the nervous system through chanting, breathwork, gentle yoga, and sound. Each part of the evening is intended to help the body slow down, soften, and shift out of survival mode so you can reconnect with yourself in a more grounded, regulated way.
This is for the ones who feel overstimulated, worn down, emotionally heavy, mentally restless, or like their system has forgotten how to truly exhale.
Throughout the evening, we will work with simple practices that support vagal tone and invite the body into a more restorative state. Chanting helps create vibration and resonance through the body. Breathwork helps regulate and steady the system. Gentle yoga helps release stored tension and open space. The sound bath brings it all together, giving you room to receive, settle, and integrate.
