Expect meditation, mindful movement, sound healing, breathwork and "rest and digest" snacks.
Leave with simple daily tools to regulate your body, balance your mood, and live from calm awareness.
Friday: 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm: Yoga for the Vagus Nerve
Saturday: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Workshop & Breathwork & Bowls
Sunday: 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm: Yoga Nidra
Please note that the Friday and Sunday classes are open to the public but anyone registered for the Vagus Nerve Workshop one week prior to the start of these classes has first dibs on space available and "free" access to these classes. You are paying for Saturday; Friday and Sunday are free with your Saturday enrollment. We strongly encourage you to attend these classes to get the best benefit, but they are not mandatory.
