Vagus Meets Eros (March 2026)

Participants will be led in two hours of soothing gentle exercises, movements, pulsing, and rocking that calm the vagus nerve, and awaken eros in the most gentle of ways.

These exercises involve gentle rocking to music, that allow for the movement of deeply held emotion, that make you felt held and loved by the movement alone. They awaken memories of being in the womb. They may bring feelings of a calm joy, they may bring up gentle tears that need to be shed. Whatever happens, you come home to yourself.
