SUMMARY:
We've all heard the clinical saying, Stress is a Silent Killer. Actually Stress is not silent and it need not be a killer at all. Self-care improves your ability to help others heal and enjoy a more productive fulfilling and satisfying life. Our lives would improve if we could identify stress and understand how it becomes our biology as proven when integrating Quantum Neuro Biology into our daily routines. As the most renown teachers in Science and Spirituality have revealed over the years, the Laws of Nature offer us instruction for personal growth and opportunity, thereby influencing our mind, body and spirit. There is however one Law of Nature that all others respond to, yet is seldom revealed and discussed. It effects every relationship, circumstance and event...it shapes the reality we experience. Understanding this particular Law of Nature is the key to experiencing a Life that expresses your greatest fulfillment. Equally beneficial is understanding the healing of trauma, how resistance is experienced through inner change and discerning which past beliefs are no longer useful. In this workshop, the Laws of Nature and other related topics will be discussed and shared, thereby allowing participants the opportunity to leave the workshop with their own unique and individual productive state of mind and body, while accessing the strongest abilities for healing and change in their lives.
OBJECTIVES:
1. How Quantum Physics has forever changed our perception
2. The conscious & unconscious minds involvement with trauma & recovery
3. How epi-genetics influences finding the original sensitizing event
4. The 10 arenas of healthy living, self-care, and thriving
