About Chef Francesco Allegro ??
Chef Francesco Allegro is an Italian sfoglino who unveils the secrets of pasta-making. His specialties include crafting mouthwatering tagliatelle and tortelli. Prepare to savor the authentic flavors of Italy with his culinary expertise.
Ticket Policy
Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.

Each class will be taught by our amazing local chefs and feature a unique pasta shape. The paired sauces will be chosen to perfectly complement the pasta.
