We’ve all been there: pitching research (or any approach to people who don't want to change what “is working”) can be demanding and stressful. While creating research strategies and building a research culture in companies, I crafted a framework to help others recognize the strength of research. This framework became my go-to recipe for success - a simple set of steps that makes research irresistible instead of intimidating. And it's incredibly similar to a mundane thing: hosting a dinner party. 🥂
In this talk, I’ll share the 5 steps I am using to turn skeptics into fans: from getting to know your “guests” and serving small, tasty wins, to tailoring insights to each stakeholder’s appetite and delivering results while the hunger is real. You’ll hear real stories and practical tips and how-tos. Come hungry - you’ll leave with a recipe for making research the dish everyone asks for seconds of. 😋
