Who Can AttendOpen to anyone curious about mind–body connection, especially those seeking new ways to reduce stress, explore emotions, and live more fully in the present. We'll be a group of minimally 6 and maximally 10 participants.
What We’ll Do
Enjoy a blend of gentle QiGong sequences, embodied Gestalt explorations, breath and posture alignment, and guided reflections. Sessions include group sharing to deepen connection and help translate insights into daily life.
