Community lunch talk

We’re excited to include a short community lunch talk by UX professional Sam Heighes, sharing a real-world case study on designing for legacy software. The talk explores how years of historic decisions, workarounds and complex workflows shape the systems people rely on every day- and how UX can bring clarity within those constraints. A practical and honest look at designing beyond the ideal scenario.
