Join 60+ talented high school musicians from the upper Midwest at the 2025 UWEC Honors Orchestra! Students spend the day rehearsing in the UW-Eau Claire Honors Orchestra, participating in master classes with UWEC faculty, and sectionals with UWEC Music Education Majors. The day will conclude with a free and open to the public concert in Gantner Concert Hall in the Haas Fine Arts Center!
Directors nominate students using an online application, and we encourage directors to nominate deserving student musicians in grades 9 through 12. Applications will be due Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Directors will be notified of selected students starting Monday, September 8, 2025.
Registration fees ($32/student) are due the day of the festival.
