This class has been a treat to offer in the past where we create colorful Mandalas with Watercolors and gel pens, a practice to easily tap into the child within us all. You'll be encouraged in this judgment free space to create freely with a few basic tips and techniques with brushes. I'll share briefly about color theory and mark making and the emotional and neural connections they create in the mind and heart.
This is a practice for anyone who enjoys creative expression and a bit of play. Experience is not necessary, although prior use of watercolor may be helpful.
A guided meditation and grounding with sound frequency will begin our time together as we encourage and empower each other's Authentic Expression in Full COLOR!!
