UW Kappa Alpha Theta Spring Family Weekend

This special weekend is being carefully curated to bring together families, friends, and Theta members for connection, celebration, and mostly fun.

Start the weekend with a relaxed, come-as-you-are gathering before the game.

• 5:00 PM – Casual Tailgate near the climbing rock
• 6:30 PM – Husky Spring Game (complimentary tickets available)

Enjoy a low-key evening with fellow Theta families—bring your favorite beverages, grab some easy snacks, and connect before cheering on the Huskies. This is intentionally simple and social, setting the tone for a fun and welcoming weekend.

Saturday | Lake Washington Boat Cruise Celebration

The highlight of the weekend—an unforgettable afternoon on the water.

• 11:30 AM – Boarding at location TBD
• 12:00–3:00 PM – Cruise on Lake Washington

Enjoy music, food, and fun aboard a private charter coordinated with HIYU, featuring a live DJ and plenty of opportunities to relax and celebrate together. Expect a lively atmosphere with games, activities, and great views of Seattle from the water.

A special Senior Celebration will take place during the cruise, honoring our graduating members with a meaningful program and commemorative gifts.

Wrap up the weekend with a warm and welcoming send-off.

• 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Open House at the Theta House

Enjoy a light brunch, tour the house, and spend time connecting with members and other families in a relaxed setting. It’s the perfect way to experience daily life at Theta and close out the weekend.

• $65 per parent
• $35 per Theta member / sibling / guest
