UTEP: Student RGEA Q2 2026 Luncheon

Commissioned by the El Paso Innovation Hub, the El Paso Quality of Life Index captures resident attitudes on basic necessities and determining factors across healthcare, inequality, education, civic engagement, cultural identity, and much more. During this presentation, Luis will share findings from the recent 2025 survey through the lens of the Borderplex Progress Index framework and discuss what the data reveals about wages, workforce, and place-based investment across the region.
