This week’s UTC FIT is hosted by Crunch Fitness. Enjoy a free yoga class for all levels featuring music with a live DJ and treats from The Vitamin Shoppe. No registration required. Participants should bring a mat, towel, water.
All UTC FIT sessions take place on The Green at UTC, across from The Vitamin Shoppe.
