We are excited to host our 4th annual 5K here in Utah County! We will be running along the Provo River Trail again this year!
About this Event

This year we are going back to Exchange Park in Provo, a few blocks from the gym. Enjoy a walk or run down the Provo River Trail and hang out at the park after for snacks and socializing.
