About this Event
Usui Reiki Level One is an initiation into self-healing, presence, and conscious relationship with life force energy.
This one-day training is designed for those who feel called to begin their Reiki journey in a grounded, supportive, and deeply respectful way. Level One focuses entirely on self-healing, personal practice, and integration — laying a strong foundation for your own wellbeing and spiritual development.
Rather than learning techniques to use on others, this training invites you inward. Through guided teaching, attunement, and embodied practice, you will learn how to work with Reiki as a gentle, living current that supports balance, clarity, and inner steadiness.
This is not a rushed or performative experience. It is held as a calm, intentional initiation — honouring Reiki as a path of awareness rather than effort.
