Usui Reiki Level I

Deepen Your Connection to the Universe! Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. The class will initially define Reiki and discuss its history. In Level I, students will focus on healing themselves. Students will also receive the first degree Reiki attunement.
Manual is included. We will have a one-hour lunch break. Please bring a lunch or plan to purchase something during our break.
Class will be taught by Stephanie Ryan. Stephanie has been practicing Reiki since 2009 and has been teaching Reiki classes for over a decade.
