Our accredited Usui Reiki Level I course introduces the story and history behind Usui Reiki and it's spiritual connection. You will be introduced to the Chakra System and the subtle bodies of the Aura, learning to connect to the flow of Reiki energy and be encouraged to carry out case studies on yourself, family or friends to build on your practice and confidence. You will also receive your First Degree Usui Reiki Attunement.

This course is available In-person at The School of Mindful Healing, Sidcup, Kent.
Certification
On completion you will receive an IPHM Accredited Reiki Level I and a First Degree Reiki Attunement Certificate. Your certificate is recognised and can be insured through IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).
Refreshments are available throughout the day. We ask that you bring your own lunch.
