Reiki is a Japanese technique which allows for stress reduction & relaxation that also promotes healing. The energy is administered by "laying on the hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "energetic life force" / “vital force” flows through us and is what creates life and consciousness. If your vital force / life force is high, you feel vital and alive and experience more happiness and health. If it is low, you experience the opposite. To receive Reiki in a healing treatment, it feels like a top up of vital force and it allows for balance within the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of you. There has been so many over the years that have experienced miraculous results from Reiki, and because it’s a safe and simple method, it grows popular for those desiring a natural complimentary treatment.Reiki has three levels, level 1 is the beginners, level 2 is the more advanced practitioner level and the level 3 is the master teacher level. Reiki 1 is a pre-requisite to the other Reiki levels.
Todays course is the level 1 beginners, where you start your beautiful healing journey with the universal life force energy which allows you to bring healing to your energetic body. This level allows us to gain insight and consciousness of our own being as well as learning various energy healing techniques.
You will receive Reiki attunements which will allow you to receive greater ability to deepen your state of consciousness, amplify your challenging abilities, which assists in your ability to utilise the energy of Reiki in healing treatments.
In the beginners level you will learn and experience:
*The Origins & Science Of Reiki
* Reiki attunements
* Meditation
* Self-Healing Techniques
* Reiki Hand placements for both self-healing and the healing of others.
*How to use Reiki for your animals, environment, water and food
*Creating and cleansing a sacred space for healing
* Discussions on the chakra system
* How to ground yourself
* Practice
