Reiki Level 1 is a one day course that is perfect for anyone who feels called to learn how to work with this gentle and powerful healing energy.
In this class you will learn how to connect with Reiki energy and begin using it for yourself and others. Many students also notice their natural intuition and energetic awareness begin to deepen as they work with Reiki.
During the class you will learn:
• What Reiki energy is
• How to connect to Reiki energy
• The basic meaning of life force energy
• How to improve your own life energy, which can enhance your natural gifts and intuition
• Basic Reiki hand positions and techniques
• Self Reiki practices
• Byosen scanning, which helps guide you to areas of the body that may need healing
We will also briefly discuss:
• The history and origins of Reiki
• Chakras and their connection to healing
• Crystals and how they can be incorporated into self Reiki treatments
The Reiki Attunement is the most important part of the class. This sacred ceremony opens the energetic pathway for Reiki to flow and introduces the symbols that will support you on your Reiki journey. After receiving the Reiki Level 1 attunement, there is a 21 day integration period where students practice self Reiki and deepen their connection with the energy.
The only prerequisite for Reiki Level 1 is that you have experienced a Reiki session prior to attending the class.
A $50 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining $115 balance is due on the day of the class.
