Using the interactive map viewers, GeoVIEW.WA and TENGRAPH Web

The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety is offering FREE training in the use of GeoVIEW.WA and TENGRAPH Web. The presentations allow hands-on interaction for the systems.

Attendees should have proficient computer skills and know how to do the following in GeoVIEW.WA and TENGRAPH Web:

• Identify

• Zoom in/out

• Turn on layers

• Add drawings and measurements on the map

• Do a simple search

• Create a printout of the map

• Add coordinate readouts

A desktop computer will be available for each participant. There is no need to bring anything. However, you are welcome to bring your own laptop if you want to run through specific examples.
