This workshop explores how our presence as coaches becomes a powerful intervention in itself. Beyond techniques and questions, we will focus on the conscious use of self, how our thoughts, emotions, and body awareness can support deeper client insight and transformation. Participants will reflect on how they show up in sessions and how this shapes the coaching space. Through practical insights and short experiential moments, coaches will strengthen their awareness and relational presence. Join this session to deepen your impact by working not only on what you do, but on who you are as a coach. There will be also demo live session in the end of presentation.

Shefie Ayvazova is an ICF-certified Professional Coach (PCC) with over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, talent development, and leadership across international organizations. She specializes in supporting professionals and leaders in their self-discovery and career journeys. Combining her HR expertise with a Gestalt-informed coaching approach, Shefie focuses on awareness, presence, and authentic connection. In her work, she helps clients access deeper clarity and create meaningful change by using the coach’s presence as a powerful tool for transformation.
