Join us in the Mulvane Art Lab for the unveiling of a special project created by USD 501 students! In March and April, fourth graders will create a monarch butterfly sculpture made from recycled materials. Their project is inspired by Washed Ashore, an exhibit in Topeka this summer featuring sculptures made of ocean debris. The butterfly will be on display in the Mulvane Art Lab from May through September. Celebrate the students' hard work and creativity with light refreshments and fun activities.Free and open to the public.
