🏆 USA Yoga National Championship 2026The USA Yoga National Championship returns as part of the State Games of America, one of the largest Olympic-style amateur sporting events in the country.
📍 NEW VENUE – PLEASE NOTE
This year’s event will not be held at the State Theatre.
👉 We will be competing on campus at:
Nittany Valley Sports Centre
Penn State University – State College, PA
USA Yoga will be featured alongside national competitions in:
• Baton Twirling
• Gymnastics
This is a true multi-sport environment, elevating Yoga Asana Sport onto the national athletic stage.
🧘♂️ COMPETITION ENVIRONMENT
Athletes should be prepared for a sports venue setting, not a quiet theater.
This may include:
• Ambient noise
• Music and announcements
• Multiple events happening within the venue
👉 This is part of competing as a sport.
Learning to focus and perform under these conditions is part of the athlete experience.

Athletes must participate in a USA Yoga Qualifier to compete at Nationals and determine order of performance.
