The U.S. Steinholding Association National Championship is finally here! Right here in Cincinnati for a fun FREE event! On November 22nd, 2025 at Moerlein Lager House in Cincinnati, Ohio, we'll be bringing the top Steinholders from across the country together to see who will reign supreme and claim the title of the first ever USSA National Steinholding Champions! And the winners of both the men's and women's divisions will each take home $4,000 in cash!
The Championship will be taking place during Moerlein Lager House's Cincinnati Christkindlmarkt kick-off weekend (more info on Christkindlmarkt www.cincinnatichristkindlmarkt.com) under the heated fest tent, so there will be craft vendors, great food, live music, and of course delicious beer to enjoy in between the action! As a finale to the Steinholding and Oktoberfest season and the kick-off for the holiday season, we'll have the best of both worlds and it's going to be an amazing day! We hope you'll be there to have some fun with us and make Steinholding history, but if you can't be there in person, we'll be streaming the competitions via the Facebook Live on the U.S. Steinholding Association Facebook page!
US National Steinholding Championships Schedule of Events:
12:00 PM - 02:00 PM - Bayern Games with Those German Guys (coaster flip, hammer game, team steinholding, etc.); DJ Playing Music and Announcements
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Ceremonial Keg Tapping of US Steinholding National Championships, Steinholding Rules Explanation, and Amateur Steinholding Exhibition Match (open to anyone, adult matches as well as kids)
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Celebrity Steinholding Challenge featuring local Cincinnati personalities
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM - U.S. Steinholding Association National Steinholding Championships - Introduction of the MCs and National Championship Judging Staff, US National Anthem
- Introduction of Women's Division competitors followed by Women's National Championship
- Introduction of Men's Division competitors followed by Men's National Championship
- Awards Ceremony for Men's and Women's division Champions
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Champions Dance Party with DJ
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Stay for the band Snidely Whiplash
