On a single night, in locations around the world, thousands of HBS alumni will gather to connect, share, laugh, and celebrate the special power of our Harvard Business School community.
This year, HBS Alumni Club in the Netherlands is hosting the Global Networking Night at B. Amsterdam on Tuesday, Oct 22 while discussing about one of the most current events with two exceptional hosts and insiders! We have invited TV host and America correspondent Charles Groenhuijsen and ex Ambassador to the US Hendrik Jan Jurriaan Schuwer to have a dialogue with us about the upcoming US election (just 2 weeks after this GNN)!
Charles Groenhuijsen (profile HERE) is an authority when it comes to American Politics and used to be a news anchor for the national television news.
Hendrik Jan Jurriaan Schuwer (profile HERE) is a Dutch career diplomaat. He has been with the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1978. Thanks to two previous assignments in the United States, one in Los Angeles and one in Washington, D.C., he has extensive knowledge of American politics and trade issues.
Together they can provide thought provoking insights about the ongoing political battle from a Dutch perspective!
This event is open to all HBS alumni (note that guests need to register and come with at least an HBS alum for admission, maximum 1 guest per HBS alum and depending on available capacity).

Time: 7:00PM - 10:00PM CET
Location: Bar Bistro Bureau, 5th Floor, B- Amsterdam, a vibrant, modern startup hub right by the ring. Those who come earlier might even be able to enjoy some sun by the terrace.
Parking: There is parking deck B1 with plenty of space, and the area is general free from 7 PM.
