Urban Space Supper Club – Reimagining Southampton Part of the Urban Wild Festival, with Guest Speaker, Ruth Magennis, from Southampton National Park City.
Zaman Condiments and Sauces invites you to gather around a shared table for an evening where community, nature and conscious living take centre stage.
Founded by community advocate Fatima Zaman, Zaman Condiments and Sauces is a multi-award-winning artisan start-up:

Built on exceptional flavour and a deep commitment to people and planet. The Urban Space Supper Club is the fullest expression yet of that vision.
In a world where screens too often replace conversation, this is your invitation to put down your phone and reconnect — with your city, your neighbours, and the simple joy of being together.
The evening unfolds gently. On arrival, guests are welcomed with a selection of organic Indian-fusion appetisers and a refreshing non-alcoholic welcome drink — a chance to settle in, meet fellow diners and soak up the atmosphere. Once seated, the heart of the evening begins: three low carbon Indian-fusion inspired tasting plates, each crafted using Zaman's award-winning handcrafted sauces, made with organic produce:

WELCOME & INTRODUCTION TO THE EVENT FROM RUTH MAGENNIS
You will be welcomed with a short introduction by Ruth Magennis, the community coordinator for Southampton National Park City. A grassroots community organisation, Ruth is its sole employee and she is supported by dedicated voluntary trustees and others who are dedicated to getting full National Park City status for Southampton - an achievement that will show our collective community commitment to celebrating Southampton as a place where people and nature can thrive.
The evening takes place at the beloved Happy Bean Coffee Bar on Bedford Place, dressed with lush greenery as a living reminder of nature's power to restore and heal. Entirely alcohol-free and rooted in circular economy principles, the event connects beautifully with this year's Urban Wild Festival theme — Reimagining Southampton; showing that a greener, kinder Southampton begins not just with what we plant, but with how we choose to come together.
