What Is Urban Legend?
A fitness gauntlet. A personal benchmark. A test of what your training really means.
Built around a Tier System, this session forces you to earn your way through 4 levels of escalating weight. You must complete all movements at the current tier with full movement integrity within a 55-minute time cap to unlock the next level. No shortcuts. No exceptions. Every rep counts.
