10:00am - 2 hour Morning Forage Walk - An Introduction to Foraging
Learn how to identify and harvest wild plants and fungi and get tips and advice on the best way to prepare and cook ingredients foraged from nature surrounding Careys's Secret Garden. We finish back at Carey's outdoor kitchen with Tasters and Wild Tea, £20 per person
13:00pm - 2 hour Nettle and Wild Garlic Focaccia Demo
A Short walk to look at how to pick and discuss the beauty and health benefits of Nettles and other wild plants including Wild Garlic and Fungi before returning to Careys outdoor kitchen to cook and try some freshly baked bread with foraged dips and garnishes. £20 per person
17:00pm - Textures of Spring - A Foraged Tasting Menu Supper Club
A gentle introduction to foraging walk followed by a Bespoke 5 course tasting menu created and served in front of your eyes, by Owner and Creator of Urban Forage, Ex Masterchef Christian Amys. Get advice and tips on foragable wild food that you can find around Careys Secret Garden, then we head back to the Carey's outdoor kitchen for a Plant Based tasting menu, created from Wild Plants and Fungi harvested in Spring, please let us know any dietary requirements in advance. £60 per person.

10:30am - Foraged Brunch (2 hours)
We're back with our famous Careys Secret Garden Foraged Brunch, a gentle walk to collect herbs for a foraged tea, followed by a Wild Food themed Brunch, with demonstrations and discussion at The Secret Garden Kitchen, includes a bespoke Brunch cooked with Wild food and Brunch classics. £20 per person.
