About this Event
Peterlee is a fascinating example of mid century modernisation of town centres. Having been designated a New Town in 1948, Peterlee quickly evolved with new housing estates, raised walkways and the iconic Apollo Pavilion designed by Victor Pasmore.
In this guided walk, Euan Lynn will provide unique insights and historical context to Peterlee's past and present, as well as offering some practical photographic advice to help you document the experience – whether you're using an iPhone or film.
