Urban/Contemporary Dance Workshop

Inspiring woman, dancer and choreographer @ainalanas gives us the honor to come exclusively from Barcelona to share her work and practice in a 5-days intensive workshop!!!

For all of you, who like to move, discover new body qualities, find your sensuality through movement and rhythm, share energy and have fun, this workshop is for you.

In this workshop, Aina will be mixing urban dance and contemporary techniques, mainly playing with rhythm and musicality, and share with us new composition tools.
