Move and Explore Sessions for Babies (Mobile to 18 Months)
Join us for a welcoming programme of 4 weekly, play-based sessions designed for parents/carers and babies who are crawling, cruising, or walking (up to 18 months).
These 1-hour sessions are all about encouraging your baby’s curiosity and development through fun, sensory-rich play experiences.
What to Expect
Each week focuses on a different area of your baby’s development, helping you gain ideas and confidence to support your child at home. We will explore:
- Physical Development
- Gross motor skills (movement, balance, coordination)
- Fine motor skills (grasping, hand-eye coordination)
- Communication and Language
- Encouraging early sounds, words, and interaction
- Personal, Social & Emotional Development
- Building relationships, confidence, and emotional awareness
- Keeping Your Baby Safe
- Practical tips for this active and exploratory stage
Support for You
Our qualified Early Years Professionals will be on hand during every session to:
- Answer questions
- Offer advice on development and wellbeing
- Listen to any concerns about your child or your own wellbeing
- Provide a supportive space to connect with other parents
