Join instructors Candace and Ali for the official launch of the hottest new strength training format around: UPLIFT! 💪🏽✨UPLIFT is a full-body strength workout using dumbbells and resistance bands, with ridiculously fun choreographed moves set to iconic music you know and love. While it's NOT a dance class, UPLIFT is brought to you by the creators of SHiNE Dance Fitness: International industry experts in inclusivity, positivity, and creativity within a framework that is welcoming and modifiable to all levels of ability. We will meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go!
