This class is best for those already comfortable with basic sewing machine use and beginner sewing skills.
• What will we make?
Attendees will create either a functional upcycled bag or a playful sardine-shaped pillow using reclaimed textiles and creative sewing techniques.
• Do I need to bring materials?
Nope! Machines and materials are provided, though you’re welcome to bring special fabrics or textiles you’d love to incorporate.
• What kinds of sewing skills will be used?
You’ll work with pattern interpretation, textile repurposing, construction techniques, and creative finishing details.
