CCE Broome’s Composting and Recycling Education Program and the Broome County Regional Farmers Market are teaming up for the first-ever Upcycled Market!Join us on Thursday, March 6th, from 4–7 PM for an exciting evening with local vendors selling upcycled, second-hand, and sustainably made products, a variety of interactive activities, and opportunities to connect with local sustainability organizations, artisans, and makers.
This event highlights creative ways to reduce waste, support local makers, and promote sustainability in our community. You’ll discover vendors offering upcycled, repurposed, and sustainably made products, while enjoying hands-on activities that encourage rethinking consumption.
Activities will include:
-A clothing swap
-A craft supply swap
-A clothing mending station
-A DIY upcycle station
-Local food and beverage vendors
Whether you're interested in shopping for unique items or diving into creative upcycled projects, there will something for everyone!
