Aiyana Thoma, a Denver-based wine professional originally from Louisiana, brings a decade of culinary experience and a passion for natural wine to her work. Her journey into wine stewardship began in 2020 with a transformative sip of Sébastien David's Cabernet Franc, sparking a deep life altering fascination.
As Wine Director at ESP HiFi and a representative for Yes Wines, Aiyana is dedicated to breaking down barriers in wine culture, making it approachable and exciting. Her selections and events celebrate the dynamic flavors and connections that natural wine fosters, showcasing the creativity shaping Denver’s evolving wine scene.
