UoW 7th Annual Inclusivity conference
Belonging In Action: Valuing Every Voice, Every Journey
The University of Wolverhamptonβs annual Inclusivity Conference returns on Thursday 11 June 2026 (MC001 and online), bringing staff and students together to reflect on what belonging in action looks like across our learning, working and wider community.
The conference will feature a rich programme of senior leadership contributions, a Board-level panel discussion on governing for belonging, keynote addresses and interactive breakout workshops led by UoW Staff networks and Students.
We are delighted to welcome two inspiring keynote speakers:
Professor Inez Brown β
A trailblazing lawyer and governance leader with over two decades of experience in corporate leadership and organisational change. Professor Brown is Chair of the Board of Trustees of Black Cultural Archives and an Aston University Vice-Chancellor Professional Fellow, providing strategic leadership on equity, diversity and inclusion.
Stephen Seki β
A dynamic motivational speaker and qualified pharmacist, Stephen shares an inspiring life journey shaped by migration, resilience and achievement. His keynote focuses on unlocking potential, reframing challenges and valuing every individualβs journey.
All staff and students are warmly encouraged to attend. Please register using the link provided and be part of shaping a University where every voice is heard and every journey is valued.
