With spring knocking on our door with its immense, kaleidoscopic hope of a new beginning, the English and Humanities Club by the ENH department brings forth for the first time an exuberant, heartwarming open mic recitation session —where we recite and listen together to the melody of our soul. As a participant, you may bring a piece that could be your own poetry, lines from a poem or a song you like, a monologue from a movie, story or drama, or even a captivating caption painted over an Instagram post which resonates deeply with your voice. It could also be a piece of media or literature that profoundly means something to you.
Join us in these healing hours, where we connect through the power of budding words as we bid farewell to the shells of bygones and welcome the wonder and growth that awaits all of us.
