You will be guided through intnetioanl breathwork, soothing somatic sounds, gentle hands on unwinding of the cranial bones while specific needles are placed to ease your system.
Acupuncture helps ease body tension, aid in sleep, calm nervous system and steadies your energy and also can help balance hormones.
Craniosacral therapy is a technique applying gentle pressure to the skull to aid in nervous system regulation, ease physical tension, reduce headaches/TMJ.
Together craniosacral therapy + acupuncture will offer a soothing way to connect with yourself and feel more present during the holiday season.
