Time to ignite your inner flame. Join us for UNWINED: Inner Fire, an opportunity to find a moving meditation and dedicate space to rekindle that flame that calls for our attention! Winter is often a time where we might feel ourselves becoming drained, restless, or overwhelmed with the stress of the season. . . so, this is your chance to build a practice centered on Agni, "inner fire."
Together, we’ll move, breathe, and reflect in the gorgeous ambiance of Kiona Winery🍷, creating space to reflect and let go, before we move through an energizing Vinyasa practice.
Vinyasa will combine breath and movement, creating space for strength-building (i.e. core engagement and muscle activation), opportunity to challenge yourself, and a chance to honor your own autonomy. We're here to have fun, connect, and do what feels best for our own bodies.
