Research suggests that engaging in art and creativity, even for a few minutes a day, helps slow cognitive decline, reduce the risk of heart disease, and increase well-being! Come to Westminster for an hour (5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.) to unwind with others! Work on your own project, learn how to knit, crochet, sew, etc. from others, or socialize with others! All ages, gender identities, skill levels, and fiber projects are welcome!
We are just providing a space for the community to gather; this is not a religious gathering.
