Join us for an evening pause designed to help you transition from the busyness of the day into a calmer, more grounded evening.
This gentle breathwork session offers space to soften, breathe deeply, and land back into yourself... no experience needed, just bring your breath and an open mind.
Doors open at 5.45pm: arrive early for a soft landing, a chat, and a cuppa
Breathwork begins at 6.15pm: a relaxing 30-minute practice to support your nervous system and soothe your mind
We close by 7.15pm: leaving you calm, grounded, and carrying a little stillness into the rest of your evening
Whether you're feeling frazzled, overstimulated, or simply need a reset, you're welcome here.
Come as you are, leave feeling a little more like yourself again.

Info: An opportunity to share your experience and listen to others experiences. Sharing your own experience is optional but it can help to integrate your Breathwork (but no pressure, silence is all good too). Followed by a grounding practice rady to close and wish you well for a calm and relaxed evening.
